My current project is a mix of the superhero and Sci-Fi genres. The working name is Super Strength. It's got two parts. As of 7/17/2014, the first draft of Part 1 is done and I am at least 1/4 of the way into Part 2. I hope to actually get through the revision process with this story because I know everybody wants to see something that's done. Over the last year I have done a lot of research into what makes a good story. As a result, I feel like this project is my best yet, especially in the realms of character development and motivation, plot, premise, themes, and moral dilemmas.
I don't want to give too much away, but the story was conceived when I was watching Man of Steel (2013) and I wondered what it would be like to be incredibly strong and have to hide it. I decided to combine something I knew a bit about (High School), some science fiction, and a lot of strength into one (not) little story.
